CUSTOM DRAWER FRONTS · MADE TO YOUR SIZES IN PENNSYLVANIA

Solid-Wood Drawer Fronts,
Made to Your Exact Sizes

Every drawer front is made to order in our Pennsylvania shop, built to your exact width and height in 1/16 in. increments and joined with true cope-and-stick construction. Choose the style, panel layout, hardwood and finish above, and the designer prices your drawer fronts instantly as you build them.

We build in paint-grade poplar and stain-grade hardwoods — the oaks, maple, cherry, walnut, mahogany and more — with no minimum quantity, matched to your cabinet doors.

Custom solid-wood drawer fronts handcrafted by Estate Millwork

Why solid wood

A solid-wood drawer front is milled from real hardwood, not a laminate skin over particleboard. It survives daily opening and closing, takes any pull or knob, and can be sanded and refinished when styles change. Thermofoil fronts peel at the edges and cannot be repaired.

About our hardwoods

We mill from rough kiln-dried stock and hand-select every board for grain and color before production. Paint-grade poplar, red and white oak, maple, cherry, walnut and mahogany are all in regular inventory, in flat, raised, beadboard, slab and V-groove styles.

Machining & hand joinery

Framed drawer fronts are joined with true cope-and-stick construction and a floating panel that moves without cracking the finish; slab fronts are milled from a single glued-up panel. We cut crisp profiles on our shapers and hand-fit every front before it ships.

Performance & finishing

Drawer fronts ship with a 150-grit final sand ready for your finish, or primed, painted and finished by us. We match species, style, panel profile and finish so drawer fronts and cabinet doors read as one continuous set.

Applications and Configurations

Our drawer fronts suit kitchens, baths, vanities, dressers, built-ins and furniture. Flat panel, raised panel, beadboard, slab/board and V-groove styles pair with matching cabinet doors — the designer above shows the valid sizes and options for each build.

Interior Specifications

Drawer fronts are an interior product and allow the widest material and finish selection. For high-humidity baths and laundry rooms we recommend a stable species and a durable finish; ask us about the best pairing for your room.

Material, Grain and Finish Selection

Choose paint-grade or stain-grade construction. Stock is conditioned for stable fabrication, then selected for color and grain consistency; matching and sequencing can be discussed so a full run of fronts stays consistent.

Custom Drawer Fronts and Design Assistance

We machine solid drawer-front and door profiles with dedicated tooling and can match an existing profile or historic detail. Matching cabinet doors and related millwork can be specified together. Call 412-641-0177 for assistance.

Premium Drawer Front Construction

Cabinetmakers, builders and homeowners specify Estate Millwork because we mill premium hardwood from rough stock in Pennsylvania, controlling quality, moisture, fresh glue surfaces and climate throughout production.

Our drawer fronts use precise cope-and-stick joinery, custom sizing in 1/16 in. increments and American manufacture. Priming, painting and finishing options are available where appropriate.
