A Maple combination shutter from Estate Millwork is 1-3/4" fixed louvers at 67.5 degrees on 1-3/8" centres over a raised-panel bottom section, milled from solid Maple and glued up in our Pennsylvania shop.

At roughly 44 lb per cubic foot with a Janka hardness of 1,450 lbf, Maple's rot resistance is low; an interior wood; it best under clear or light finishes, blotches under dark stain unless conditioned.

There is no stock size: the designer prices the shutter at the dimensions you type, and the figure at the top of the page is that live number, not a from-price for a different size.
