What to Expect After You Submit

Once we receive your request, a dedicated sales specialist will reach out to confirm the details of your project. We may ask clarifying questions about your application — for example, whether shutters are decorative or operable, or whether doors will be used for interior or exterior installation. This ensures the materials, joinery, and finish we recommend are the best fit for your environment and budget.

For standard products like louvered shutters, raised-panel doors, and cabinet doors, you can also use our online design tool to get instant pricing, view 3D renderings, and place your order immediately — no quote wait required. Our design tool supports all available wood species, including Mahogany, Spanish Cedar, White Oak, Cherry, Walnut, Sapele, Teak, and more.

Turnaround and Production

Most custom orders ship within four to six weeks of order confirmation. Rush production is available for select products — contact us at 412-641-0177 for expedited timelines. All products are built in our Pennsylvania workshop and shipped via blanket-wrapped freight with liftgate delivery for residential addresses.
