Estate Millwork creates custom board and batten shutters from a full selection of hardwoods. Our Board and Batten Shutters can be combined with traditional Board and Batten shutter hardware -strap hinges, shutter dogs and pintles.

Our Board and Batten Shutters are completely custom built. The boards and battens are fastened together with invisible joinery, including elegant V-Grooved boards, and coved battens.

Our premium quality board and batten shutters can be ordered with custom board and batten sizes, as well as custom thicknesses. Based upon traditional designs our Board and Batten Shutters are manufactured domestically with the highest standards of quality in our Western Pennsylvania mill, in the timber rich foot hills of the Allegheny mountains. Our millwork products are specified by architects, builders and discriminating homeowners because of the premium quality FAS grade hardwoods we use. We also insure complete control of quailty of our Board and Batten Shutters by milling our own stock with our own craftsmen and special purpose equipment.

Our Board and Batten Shutters shutters feature solid hardwood authentic hand-crafted construction, double pegged deep pocket mortise and tenon joinery, floating panel frames, deep seated louvers, custom sizing, historic profiles and proportions, and are 100% American made. Many factory priming, painting and finishing options are available.
