Estate Millwork creates custom bahama shutters from a full selection of hardwoods. Our Bahama Shutters can be combined with traditional Bahama shutter hardware -continuous hinges, Bermuda Shutter Poles and hooks.

Our Bahama Shutters can constructed in widths of 14 feet and wider, and we can customize rail and stile placements to give maximum strength and aesthetics.

Our premium quality bahama shutters can be ordered with operable shutter louvers, or fixed louvers. Our solid stile Bahama Shutters are manufactured domestically with the highest standards of quality in our Western Pennsylvania mill, in the timber rich foot hills of the Allegheny mountains. Our millwork products are specified by architects, builders and discriminating homeowners because of the premium quality FAS grade hardwoods we use. We also insure complete control of quailty of our Bahama Shutters by milling our own stock with our own craftsmen and special purpose equipment.
